Terms & Conditions
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped within the normal conditions of Sale.
If the product(s) ordered are not in stock we will contact you and inform you when the items will be back in stock. If you are unwilling to wait for the items to be restocked will we offer a full refund.
Once you have placed an order with us an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. If you choose the standard shipment option a second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched with a tracking code.
It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive these e-mails.
A printed invoice will be included with all orders/shipments.
Cancelation of Orders
We do our best to process orders as soon as possible so if you wish to cancel an order it is important to contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed we can offer a full refund.
If the order has been dispatched the goods may be returned at a cost to the customer. Once we receive the cancelled/returned goods a refund of the purchase price less costs incurred will be provided. (Note: if Free Shipping was included and the goods were shipped we will have incurred the shipping cost)
Some products for sale on this Website are made from/contain glass. We take extra care to add additional packaging and protection to all glass items. We also add warnings to the outside of the package along with specific instructions to the courier.
However, the liability of the courier ends once the goods have been signed for. Please ensure all goods are checked before signing for the package. In addition we e-mail all customers with these instructions as an extra precaution.
If glass goods arrive broken, at a minimum we would require some photographic evidence before considering a refund or replacement.
Faulty items are dealt with individually. We DO NOT manufacture any of the goods we sell. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and in some cases by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please liase with us to arrange return of faulty goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a free repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
All return cases are dealt with individually. We have added detailed descriptions of all goods, including dimensions, volume etc. If the goods arrive and they do not match the description provided we will deal with the return, refund or exchange on a case by case basis.
If the items match the descriptions provided, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the item. Once the product is received/returned in the condition it was dispatched in, an exchange or refund of the purchase price less costs incurred will be provided (Note: if Free shipping was included in the purchase we still incurred the cost of shipping).
Payment and Security
All payments are dealt with by Stripe. Stripe accept all major card types. You DO NOT need to have an account to make a purchase!! Simply select the Guest Option. We do not have any access to your card details.
